Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. olx234 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. olx234 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
olx234 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals and in response to account activity that triggers our compliance protocols. The minimum deposit amount for fiat payment methods is RM50. The minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalent is RM100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation by the payment gateway.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. olx234 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and to request documentation confirming payment method ownership at any time.
olx234 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet service. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number before attempting to repeat the deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time by verified Account holders with a positive Real Money Balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

While an active bonus balance is present in your Account, you may not place a single bet exceeding RM250 per spin or round. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may be voided and associated bonus funds forfeited.
